- operation of residences and villages (81.5%): manages, at the end of September 2010, a total of 56,652 apartments and houses (total of 253,647 beds), under the names Pierre & Vacances (19,545 apartments; 92,481 beds), Maeva (13,193; 62,649), Center Parcs Europe (10,252; 51,659), Citéa (5,381; 13,905), Adagio (3,959; 12,462), Sunparks (3,734; 19,102), and Hôtels Latitudes (588; 1,389);
- real estate development (18.5%): mainly developing and selling renovated homes or new homes to individuals and institutional investors (77.2% of net sales; 237 renovated apartments and 1,047 new apartments sold in 2009/10), construction and sales of residences for active seniors (16.5%; 234 units sold).
