Présentation : PSB Industries is a holding company organized into three centers of activity:
- production of cosmetic and perfume packaging (63.4% of net sales; Texen);
- design and production of custom packages (19.%; CGL Pack): blister packs, void fill, transit trays, etc.
primarily intended for the food processing and medical sectors.
CGL Pack is No.
1 in France for heat-shrunk packaging;
- production of specialty chemicals (17.2%; Baikowski): fine minerals and ultra-pure aluminum powder for the lighting, biomedical, electronic component, and crystal markets.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: France (42.5%), Europe (20.9%), America (28.9%), Asia (6.2%) and other (1.5%).
